Live Classes & Webinars, Consulting Services: Payment is due prior to sign up for classes or initiation of consulting program. Full refund is available up until the time specified on the sales page where you signed up for the class. This time period varies by program, but usually ranges from 14 days before class starts until 48 hours prior to the first class or session. There are no refunds past the date specified in the program details.
Social Media Management & Other Retainer Based Programs : Payment is due in advance of the month for services to be delivered during that month. Termination of retainer based services must come with advance notice of at least 2 weeks prior to initiation of the next billing cycle. Final payment will be prorated accordingly to accommodate any half periods of service provided.
Membership Site: Payment for respective membership level is due on the first day of each 30 day cycle. Cancellation of your membership program may take place at anytime prior to your next billing. You will have access to the site until the final day of that 30 day membership period.
eBooks, Online Trainings & Recorded Webinars: eBooks or any digital trainings programs are non refundable.
